- A copy of your passport (photo page)
- The bank receipt showing payment of the course fee
- The registration form (completed and signed)

Important Note: When making the payment, “TOMER01 + student’s full name” must be entered in the description (Açıklama) field.
Payments can be made by bank transfer (EFT) through online banking or at any Halkbank branch. Do not pay at ATMs.

CANCELLATION / REFUND
Participants who wish to cancel their course registration must send the refund documents in a single e-mail to tomer@yildiz.edu.tr no later than 7 working days before the course start date, i.e. by Thursday, 8 October 2026.
- Signed refund petition (a template can be downloaded from the attachments at the bottom of the page)
- Bank payment receipt
- Copy of the ID/passport of the account holder who made the payment
Note: Refunds can only be made to the account from which the payment was made.
Note: Refunds are processed within approximately 30 to 45 days.
